Does anyone know how to wage cap works in Austria ?
Competition rules say 'wage budget is limited to 50% of turnover'.

But it doesn't seem to be happening. Clubs are spending more than 50%.
When managing a club I can't find what the limit for this season would be, and have no issue signing new players, or raising my wage budget over 50% of last years turnover / the projected turnover / the average of the turnovers for the last 3 seasons.

Tested in FM14, but seems to be the same for FM17...

Does the rule still applicable in Fm17?

or probably check in FM17 editor, you can see when exactly such rule will be enforced or cancelled or changed to higher threshold..
