Financial Problems

I am managing Kv Mechelen for a fe years now and i am in the season 2019!

Now the club value is going down very fast and i have debt that i have to pay

until 2029! but dont know what i have too pay! In real life we renovated our stadium is

this the debt i have to pay?

In my first season i bought 1 player for 375.000

2nd season i made 3 free transfers

3rd season i made 1 free transfer and bought 1 for 160.000



now my question is where are the debt coming from?

In the first 3 seasons i had a transfer budget of 129k



at the beginning of my saved season the club value was 7,05m

the value now (februari 2019) is 111k



any suggestions or is this a bug? ......

Now i received the sack into the 3rd season.
Started all over with the same team but my finances again are going down very fast

without buying any player or extend contract! Also didnt i buy new staff!

But in real life we renovated the stadium has that anything to do with those finances?

Or where do the losses come from? I don't have any idea what i am doing wrong!
