@Sir TAVARES Sorry about that, but as far as i know, In asia its very rare to find teams inform the contract length of players to public. even in their official website they doesn't provide details of the player contract, weekly wage, transfer fee, contract expiry date, not like many teams in europe, they inform to the public the contract length, weekly wage, transfer fee, usually in asia the player contract sometimes only one season.
so because of this, i can't give further informations about this transfer, the source i post above also is from the club official website from www.sisaketfc.net , unfortunately in the official club website they dont publish the detail of the contract.

yeah about the wage just clicking on it, you'll get the default value that he gets in the previous club, you can leave that
the dates, in asia the market ends at 31/12. Default Value: 31 December 2018
