FM2017 essential database installation help?

Hello everyone i'm brand new to this site and FM2017 is my first game of the series i have been loving it, i was directed to this site by someone on reddit for a database however i am so lost trying to get the new league essential into my game so i was wondering if anyone could give me a detailed installation guide?

is a screenshot of my failed attempt at what i tried ... i have not edited or touched these files in anyway they are the same as when i extracted them

I used the free version of the download and extracted the files and went to documents >sports interactive > football manager 2017 > db setups (I read to do this on a different forum so it's probably not how to do it) and moved the files there and nothing happened when i launched the game i am super confused on what to do so if someone could help me out that would be amazing i normally good at modding games but FM17 just confuses me thanks in advance to anyone who tries to hel.
