Hi, I'm from Bolivia I want to make the update of the Bolivian Premier League, where can I suggest changes?

so:
1 - Green Button on the Left side of the Website, "Live Data Update" and FM2017 Data Update Button - DB Search Button
2 - Insert the name of the player / staff
3 - Live Data Update Button and then Edit *name*
4a - If you want to transfer a player, click on "Transfer to Team" (and search it), Contract Change Date, Change Contract Wage (if you don't know, just click it and leave it as default"
4b - If you want to loan a player, click on "Loan to Team" (and search it), Loan Expires (date), Loan Wage Percentage (if you don't know, leave it as 50)
4c - If a player leaves a team, just click on "Make a Free Agent"
4d - If the player is retired, just click on "Retire from Football"
5 - Insert Link to Proof (usually newspaper pages, etc)
6 - Click "Submit Change" and wait for it
