King, 36, retired 5 years ago after failing to overcome a long-standing knee injury. It left the centre-half unable to train and he now holds an ambassadorial role at White Hart Lane.
But the ex-England international has indicated he sees his future in influencing matters on the pitch, rather than off it. He said: "I have been thinking about coaching - I've done my badges.

Pellegrini – who has also been linked with AC Milan – is thought to be keen to stay in England, so a move to London could be an attractive proposition for the ex-Real Madrid boss. Tottenham are planning to speak to the 62-year-old manager to see if he shares their vision for the club. However, Pellegrini looks to face competition from Spurs legend Ledley King, who is now the bookmakers’ favourite for the job.
King is as short as 7/4 for the Spurs hot seat in places, while Pellegrini is a 5/1 shot.

King, who spent his entire playing career with Spurs, making over 268 appearances in all competitions from 1999-2012, moved into management with the club he had been with for 13 seasons as a player.
It's official
LEDLEY KING IS TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR MANAGER
For the official announcement I hand over to Ben Pearce, who has all the details HERE.
"Ledley King is officially Spurs’s new manager.
Confirmation came from the club at 10am on Friday morning, with King becoming the 42th manager in Spurs’s history.
King signed a four-year deal worth an estimated $4.35 million a season."

Now i'm ready to begin the new chapter of my life. As a manager. I've got a talented young squad and I can't wait for the first game next month. Now I'm so eager to show everyone what I can do off the pitch.
1. Create a tactic and formation which you will need players to fit within, making it a long term project for success.
2. Or use the players at your disposal as the foundation for success is already there.I’m used to create own tactic. As you see on this pic. Then i need to dip in the market as soon as possible.

Harry Kane scored a late goal as Spurs came from behind to draw 1-1 with title defence at King Power on Saturday.
Okazaki gave the hosts the lead with a 6th-minute with powerful shot from the edge of the box, but Kane replied with a clumsy goal in the 80th minute.

Ledley King paid tribute to supporters after his managerial debut for Spurs ended in a 1-1 draw at away to Leicester. Despite his Spurs side letting slip a first-half lead, King was quietly pleased about his team’s opening-day performance.
“Satisfied with a point today!” King wrote on his personal Twitter account. “Good match and a great atmosphere among players. Thanks to the fans!”
King joined Tottenham earlier on in the summer and already made six recruitment to strengthen his squad in continental competition this season. The 36-year-old will now host Manchester City next Saturday.

The story so far
Following Leicester’s immense surprise success last season, it seems the giants of the Premier League have got their act back together and look to do battle for the Premier League title. Chelsea have led the pack so far, on 69 points, and are looking like the favourites for the title. With a deadly attacking force of arguably world class players and a rejuvenated defence generated by Antonio Conte.
Their closest challengers are Spurs on 61 points, 8 points behind the leaders. In third and fourth are Manchester City and Arsenal, two teams who have not reached their target yet at this point of the season. City have failed to make the impact on the Premier League they wished too, after their encouraging start under Pep Guardiola. They have slowly faded away and look too inconsistent to be true title challengers to Chelsea. For Arsenal it is the same old story, an inevitable loss of form after promising start of the season.
At the other end of the table, the fight for survival is already off for middlesbrough. They have been true candidate to return to english second tier next season after just 1 win and 2 draws since november.

Maybe dropbox doesn't work on here? I'm not sure. I also use Ctrl+P but I upload the images to Imgur and take the image url from there and put it in Ctrl+P, as I think others do too. Perhaps you can try that?

7.01pm Hello, and welcome to live coverage of the match in the Premier League between Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea.
7.02pm TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR XI: Lloris; Dier, Jardel, Alderweireld, Rose; Dos Santos, Wanyama, Herrera, Lamela, Alli; Kane
7.03pm TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR SUBSTITUTES: Vorm, Davies, Lozano, Janssen, Sissoko, Son
7.04pm CHELSEA XI: Courtois; Terry, Pepe, Zouma; Azpilicueta, San Jose, Fabregas, Alonso; Pedro, Diego Costa, Willian
7.05pm CHELSEA SUBSTITUTES: Begovic, Ivanovic, Kante, Solanke, Matic, Cahill, Mikel
7.30pm STAT! While there are 9 points separating the two teams in the table, I'm sure whether that highlights Spurs' resolve or highlights their inability to make the most of their chances but it shows that they are not all that far away from the leaders. If they produce their best form this evening, they will have lost less games than Chelsea and close their gaps.
7.40pm Chelsea's key man is of course Diego Costa, who continues to contribute at a phenomenal rate this season. The Spanish international has 22 goals and 6 assists to his name from 32 outings. Conte is fortunate to have key men at his disposal for pretty much every position but there's no doubting that his team are a lot stronger for the presence of Costa. He is irreplaceable right now.
1 min Spurs who get us underway in North London.
2 min SHOT! Lamela attempts with left foot with a shot from 25 yards after receive a fine through pass from Kane but it's tame and straight at Courtois.
5 min CHANCE! Willian floats a ball over the Spurs defence and Rose is playing Fabregas onside. It falls invitingly for him in the penalty area but he drags his left-foot volley wide of Lloris's post.

43 min GOAL! Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 Chelsea (Alli)
43 min Alli scores and Spurs lead just before half time. Kane's cross finds Alli and he is able to volley into the bottom right corner from edge of the area.
45+1 min HALF TIME: Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 Chelsea
8.48pm The half-time whistle goes at White Hart Lane and it's Spurs who lead, probably deservedly so, over Chelsea. There hasn't been too many chances but Spurs have made most of the running.
9.00pm The two teams are heading back out for the second half. Kante comes on to replace Azpilicueta
46 min CHANCE! Chelsea should be levels, but Fabregas fails to convert a simple opportunity.
52 min BOOKING! Yellow card Pepe. He catches Alli' ankle and goes into the book.
59 min Wanyama goes into the book for dissent. Needless booking for the midfielder.
70 min BOOKING! Zouma goes into the book for a high boot on Herrera.
78 min SUBSTITUTION Ivanovic replaces Terry for the visitors.
80 min CHANCE! Alonso turns Dier with ease on the edge of the box and shoots with power, but hits the side netting.
81 min OVER! Costa collects the bad clearence form Spurs from the resulting corner and smashes an effort with his left foot, but sends his strike well over the bar.
85 min SUBSTITUTIONS! King makes his first change of the match with 2 changes as he introduces Lozano for Dos Santos and Lamela replaced by Sissoko.
88 min SUBSTITUTION Chelsea's final alteration sees Zouma replace Cahill.
90+1 min There will be two minutes of added-on time.
90+3 min FULL TIME: Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 Chelsea
9.55 pm The full-time whistle goes at White Hart Lane and Chelsea have finally been beaten! It's taken two goals from Hector Herrera and Dele Alli to move Spurs back into the title race. The North London outfit and their title rivals are rejoicing!. Thanks for joining our commentary. Until next time, goodbye.
