To re-establish Nottingham Forest to their Glory Days as a top Team in English Football

Season Toll-Gates
Season 1 - Play Offs - Promotion
Season 2 - Win Championship Title - Promotion Or Avoid Relegation ( Dependent on Season 1 )
Season 3 - Avoid Relegation - Build Squad for Europa League Push
Season 4 - Europa League Position
Season 5 - Aim for Top 4

Background

I thought I would give a background to the theme of the Career Story. In this background I will detail the methodology I am adopting for this save and the goals and objectives I have set myself.

Theme: True Manager Simulation

As the title suggests my aim for this theme is a True manager simulation. This will be accomplished using the following Principals;[/center]
Transfers: Player transfers will only be completed using the Scouted Section within the Scouting Menu. All transfer's Players must be scouted before approaching Club for Potential Transfer.
Exceptions: Players Based in Scotland, England, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Wales, Transfer listed or Listen for Loan can be approached without being Scouted.
Youth Transfers:All Youth transfers will be completed by the Head of Youth Development. This includes but is not exclusive to regen Players.
Brexit: Brexit may or may not affect the Blue print of the Club. Manager will be mindful of this and aim to build a squad that will not be affected by Brexit.

Initial Thoughts and Priorities
Budget:
Starting Budget is an issue. I feel the squad has sufficient quality to push for a playoffs position. However, current budget will not permit the signing of any significant quality of Player. Sell to Buy methodology will have to be explored.
Scouting
World knowledge of 7% is not very good. This will have to be increased dramatically as soon as possible. This will be achieved by increasing Scouts at the club. Aiming for 25% Scouting Knowledge by end of Pre-Season.
