So this change's still not accurate but i won't be insistent anymore.

Loan is NOT permanent deal. Even with buy option.
But it's not just buy option it's an obligation.

Thanks for checking up but now we have 2 problems.
Toprak is returning to Dortmund after 1 season in game, like Karamoh's return to Inter after last change.
But they won't return to former clubs in real life since their new clubs will have obligation to sign them permanently according to:

So if future transfer option's not working it's better to change it permanent in data update.

This is idiotic idea. Transfer is not free. Niklas Sule to Bayern is 20-25 milions - Transfermarkt, BILD, ESPN info. Toprak is 12 milions deal. This is cash injection to Hoffenheim and Leverkusen.
