Upgraded laptop now 3d runs slow

Hi dont know if this is the right place to post but ive recently upgraded my laptop and the 3d match has started running slow not so much as lag or jerking but seems slow tried all settings from low to high and its the same on every setting any help would be much appreciated

when you say you have upgraded your laptop do you mean you have purchased a new one or upgraded parts? can i have the specifications of your laptop please...

it looks like ive sorted it by deleting cache and preferences then verifying game
