I think it's very mean of FM to remove the facility to add your own manager picture in Preferences in version 17.3. Would it have really hurt them to keep this option available? Why have they done it? It was a nice option to have. It smacks of bullying. C'mon FM reinstate it.

I could not agree more.
The Manager sim pictures are terrible in some cases although mine looks ok-ish so would it have hurt si to leave the option to add our own pictures if we so wish.
Come on "sort-it-out-si"
