mr.SPANKY
Gonna fire it up with these nations, will probably select between top nations on some of the lowly leagues and the second to last leagues on the major ones.
Once a job comes up that I am interested in I might look to remove some for a while.
So this is me, as I said no badges no experience nothing.
I've decided to holiday and apply for any jobs we will see soon where I begin my journey.
mr.SPANKY
First Eastleigh in the Vanarama National League.
Pros of this is being an English team I am familiar with the leagues, teams, players etc. Cons I'm kind of over England as my first game every year is with Liverpool.
Second is S.C Braga B in the second division of Portugal.
Pros are Portugal is a nation I haven't managed a lot in in recent years so something different is nice and being the B side I have access to some quality players from the first team, this is also the cons though. I have no control over really anything being a B team and the team can never truly be moulded as mine.
Final team and the one I think I will take is Bloemfontein Celtic in South Africa.
Pros SA is a fun league to start in from past journeyman careers, I can mould the team to how I want it and again it's something fresh I think last time I managed here was in fm 14 or maybe earlier.
Cons are the squad is very unbalanced, they have 5 DC's, 5 strikers and only 1 or 2 players to cover the other 9 positions.
I bit the bullet and attended the interview for Bloemfontein Celtic as I don't really have a shot yet at any other jobs available.
mr.SPANKY
Well guess I jumped the gun thinking I would get the job here. This may be more difficult than I anticipated.
mr.SPANKY
I'm in Ireland bitch, they asked me for an interview I went. Promises were made and will most likely be broken but it's a start.
Nah not really, I said I would buy youngsters and develop players which is something I really enjoy doing. Something so satisfying about it it's like when I first learned to cook for myself now when I can be bothered the meal always tastes better, same here can't be bothered developing someone just buy someone but make sure he's young so I can claim he's really mine.
This pink is really hurting my eyes though so I dunno how long I will actually stay at the job and will have nothing to do with success on the pitch.
mr.SPANKY
9 year old club with 1 trophy in the bag. They won the first division in 2015.
Youth and training facilities are actually pretty good for a semi pro team, quite happy with that.
Finances not looking great will need to find a way to get this under control, also means filling out staff positions will be difficult but with the season almost over I will just look at avoiding relegation which might be difficult if you look at this:
The bloke before me was fucking rubbish, 2 points are you serious???? I have 24 points available to me, I am 22 points behind the relegation playoff spot. I might get sacked after all.
My cracking squad of superstars ready to sink goals and sink piss. This is gonna take a miracle i may have rushed into this.
I'm tired, the pink is really hurting my eyes. Will evaluate squad, put up pics of the best this rag tag bunch of misfits has to offer tomorrow.

It was similar when I took charge at Drogheda United. They were rooted to the bottom and win-less and ended up being relegated, as expected. Good luck with this @mr.SPANKY I'm sure it'll be interesting.
mr.SPANKY
So I'll start with some players:
First I will do a couple reserve players that will most likely get a game
This kid is encroaching on 10 in key stats for his DM position, if I can build his stamina and work rate I think he will be a huge asset for us.
This kid is injured for 4 to 5 weeks atm but another one who might get some game time. Only concern is his natural position is AMC, I don't usually like playing with those advanced midfielders in lower league teams preferring to stick to a 4-4-2. Needs to work on his decision making, passing and technique and I will retrain him to a MC.
This guy looks really good as an inside forward, great physical attributes for a league like this and top notch work rate, I may not employ him as an inside forward until a few areas are improved on like his decision making however pushing 10 plus on most attributes is a great thing to have.
Another one with good physical attributes although his mental attributes let him down a bit, technical can be trained. I may look to just employ him as a CM to lessen his load and help him develop.
Finally this guy, going to be a great winger for us, really only needs to work on first touch and crossing although if I use his pace and acceleration to cut inside I'm not fussed about his crossing.
mr.SPANKY
Oh I also offered contracts to some coaches, physio and scouts. Did promise to bring in youth so gotta start somewhere.
mr.SPANKY
Well the previous manager left me with one hell of a job to do so put the house on me getting sacked. I've made an offer for 2 centerbacks, one is a youth so cost me nothing the other will take a chunk out of my remaining wage budget but he is needed.
mr.SPANKY
Hahaha lasted all of 1 game. We got beat 2-0 in a game we were expected to get dominated in. If we were more adept at finishing we would have made a game of it as the stats were fairly even.
Ok so I put this down to being tired last night and just wanting to jump into managing, my next gig will be more thought out and definitely won't be one where I am left with 2 points from 20 odd games.
mr.SPANKY
Okay gonna fudge around with the leagues now. Gonna have to start lower I think.
mr.SPANKY
Now I know I wanted to avoid England but I needed a job lol.
15 games in but unlike my previous job I actually have a chance at staying up here. 5 points from safety and plenty of time to do it. Board expectations aren't unrealistic like with Wexford, I'm just expected to avoid relegation and I have 9 months to earn myself another contract. My only philosophy request was to be able to develop players of my own, this means that provided money is there the board will have no qualms about upping the youth and training facilities.
I have a healthy squad and only 1 unhappy player so my only concern now is raising morale.
Some trophies in the cabinet, facilities could do with an improvement but hopefully given time I can do just that.
Need some depth but we have some players with premier league and championship experience, Dover were predicted to be mid table so I shouldn't have an issue finding some squad depth and I feel I can get us out of relegation.
This guy looks amazing and along with Sam Magri who most of you should be familiar with we have some real quality about us.
mr.SPANKY
This guy is in my reserves but I will be bringing him up, needs to work on positioning, anticipation and strength and he can become a really good striker or at least a link up striker.
Will also bring this guy up, great attributes for the midfield boss, if he gets his tackling up to around 10-11 I can see him being a long term fixture in the midfield.
Gonna retrain a couple my AM's to just wingers and look for some right backs and we should be sweet to go.
Edit: Okay finances are a bit of a mess and they are over budget so I won't be bringing anyone in, instead I have promoted two more players.
mr.SPANKY
This guy can go fuck himself, I have no loyalties to anyone, I have been here a day. I told him it's a fresh start for everyone and if he works hard he will play. He certainly looks like one of the better players but don't come into my office when I haven't even seen you train yet and demand first team football. He will probably start but the second his form dips see ya mate.
mr.SPANKY
Yeah fuck you Wexford, so I started Skapetis and he bombed a sitter. Bought on my promoted player Tyrone Marsh and he bags the winner in my first game. We are still getting our feet wet with the tactic and instructions and some of the players are being trained in new positions so I don't expect fluidity yet but despite the stats being against us they didn't really threaten.
Gonna tweak a little bit more to try and control possession some more if I can be hitting 55-60 percent possession we will win most games due to the quality of the players in the league.
mr.SPANKY
Still not quite controlling the game how we like but 4 points from 2 games I won't complain just yet.
mr.SPANKY
We were never really in this game however had to only clear cut chance and butchered it. Still encouraging signs though.
mr.SPANKY
We weren't expected to get anything out of this game so to have the better of the stats and walk away with a point is great especially away from home.
mr.SPANKY
So pissed off to have let this one slip against 2nd place Guiseley. We did everything right but hit the back of the net. Skapetis has played about 11 games without a goal now, he's not playing badly he's just not finding the net. Hopefully that changes soon cause as much of a dick he is he is real quality and gets plenty of chances in games.
mr.SPANKY
So managed to get a senior affiliate. They will give us 15 grand a year which is much needed income plus they are playing in the championship so we have the chance now to get some quality in on loan for nothing.
mr.SPANKY
I've now picked up 9 points in my 6 games, 1 point less than my predecessor in his 15 games. Skapetis finally scored a goal and hopefully he can score many more.
mr.SPANKY
Crashing back down to earth but I'm not panicking yet.
mr.SPANKY
This was a game we needed a good result from. Failure to beat a 10 man team means we are now 5 points behind Sutton in the race for safety.
On the pluses I am slowly falling in love with Bondz N'Gala.
mr.SPANKY
Not fucking happy.
mr.SPANKY
This was harder than it needed to be.
mr.SPANKY
Huuuuge result against one of my favourite teams of all time in FGR. They are pushing the top of the table so to pull this off away from home is massive, unfortunately for us the teams around us also picked up points.
By the way speaking of FGR if you guys get a chance have a read of this career:

@Dan @Fola @Cymro THE KLUUUUKKKKK
Edit: Whoops meant to tag @itchycoo sorry Dan for some reason I thought you were in the first one and @George14brfc
Okay I've gotten myself confused who was involved in what story and who was justa fan of it so you can all be tagged.
mr.SPANKY
Undeserved but a big result now 2 points from safety.
mr.SPANKY
Mmm they managed to reverse the fixture prior, not a good start to the year and it puts pressure on us again now 5 points from safety.
