So what is the challenge: You have to win every trophy from England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Ireland in any order you want. However you must only use British and Irish players!
The challenge is made a little easier by counting promotion from finishing second in the league, or via the playoffs as the title but this is your choice. Any success in Europe or with the national teams are just an added note on your history but won't count towards this challenge.
Rules:
* Only use British and Irish players
* Must start with Sunday League Reputation
* You may start at a club or start unemployed, your choice

So it begins
I have started unemployed with Sunday League experience and no coaching badges
I decided not to apply for any of the jobs that are available at the start of the game and will be waiting until the sacking process starts before applying for any jobs
Although I didn't apply for any jobs, on July 21st I was offered my first interview with Clyde in the Scottish league 2.
After being unsuccessful with the job at Clyde, I waited a few months and then the sackings started. I applied for several jobs and was offered interviews at Truro city, Brackley town, Guiseley & Dover athletic.
Finally I have a job
I am now manager of Dover Athletic who currently are in 16th and only 8 points away from reaching the playoffs could I achieve this in my first season?

As you can see from league table we can still make a push for promotion in the first season.
Upcoming fixtures against Guiseley, Woking, Macclesfield and Sutton will be tough but hopefully we can gain some points. These matches will appear in the next update.
My next task was to have a look at the squad and check for any non British nationalities
As you can see I have 2 and the annoying thing about it is that according to my assistant manager they are 2 of the best players at the club but these players are now demoted to my under 18s team and will be sold or left to rot until their contracts run out

A great start in our first game vs Guiseley. Lafayette scoring twice with Miller and Emmanuel bagging 1 each
Next game was away to Woking it was a close game but unfortunately we came away with no points
Lafayette getting his name on the scoresheet again as we managed to get a draw at Macclesfield
We ended November positively with Lafayette bagging another 2 against Sutton and taking the 3 points
Not a bad start overall taking 7 points from a possible 12
Only 1 loan signing bought in so far
We have however formed a link with burton so hopefully they have some good players to help us out

My first season ended a lot better than expected we clinched the playoff place
Beating Aldershot in the final
Due to promotion we have now turned into a professional club
Next update will be my first half of season in league 2
