The role needs to be under 21 coach at Mansfield. Do not retire player as he is expected still to play part time. If he plays part time elsewhere then adding a loan to the player is the best option rather than transfer as he is still a coach for the Under 21 team with secondary role as U18 coach as well if this can be applied?
