HELP - Crashing Game

Ive just started a game on FM13 and got to the end of the summer transfer window but at this point the game decides to crash without fail everytime. I get a message back on my desktop and it says it has to close down. The message reads;

A serious error was encountered and the application will close. An error file has been created in: C:\program files\steam\football manager etc etc \crash dumps

Any body else had this or know how to help me rectify the problem?
