I have made some promotions and relegations for the 2017-18 season + updated the teams for the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League for the 2017-18 season. I will update this file, so there will be more promotions and relegations in more leagues.

IMPORTANT:
If you download the file here on sortitoutsi, Liverpool will play in the Europa League, because there is a bug, that I can't change. I can't add 5 teams from England to Champions League, I can only include 4 teams to Champions League like last years Champions League. Therefore Liverpool will play in Europa League. There are no other bugs, so all other teams except for Liverpool are placed correctly in Champions League and Europa League. - Changed the winners of a lot of leagues around the world (For example: Chelsea is the winner of Premier League, not Leicester)

It seems to be, because there was 3 teams from England in UEFA Europa League in 2016-17. There are only 2 teams from England in this years Europa League (Manchester United won Europa League, and is automatically qualified to Champions League). No matter what I do, I can't change this. I have tried to change it, but I can't. I can't add 4 teams from England to Champions League, because it only allows me to add 3 teams. If someone knows how to fix this, you are welcome to help me

I'll probably get banned for saying this but you might be able to ask someone on the fmeditor download section on fmscout about how they managed to get all 5 teams in the champions league...
