it only fails to happen if the Main Live update file is used with the player+staff add on(remove the main update file it goes ahead)
There is nothing in the main update to cause this as I can see - Rooney has no active changes

Would it not be better to set his future transfer for 01/01/2019 rather than 01/01/2020, so that his move works alongside the reduce player contract and increase player age files?
Or alternatively, not make any changes to Rooney at all so that we can edit Rooney ourselves (including changing him to a player/coach) as we have been advised to do with Vincent Kompany, Petr Cech etc
if you guys decide not to make changes i'll keep working on my file, uploading it on fmscout but would work most of the stuff
