I'm managing Dortmund, and I have won the Bundesliga two seasons running, and the Europa League this season, yet every one of my big players (Ousmane Dembele, Franck Kessie) want to leave because they want to join a 'bigger' team. How do you deal with this, as I don't want to sell them, but at the same time, if I keep rejecting, my whole team will have bad morale.

Well you pretty much got 3 choices.

A. Promising them to strengthen the squad or winning something if you got those options

B. Forcing them against their will. Yeah it may have immediate morale problems and maybe some squad morale being lowered but with the right words you could sway your squad's morale the right way

C. Selling them and just milking out as much money as you can and get a player of the same or better quality. (Usually what I do)

I usually end up selling them too, but I see people who have had players at a club for like 20 years, and I've never been able to have a really good player for so long. @AWMG

mmm, like I said. There's an option of forcing them to stay and build up the morale again.
