How many seasons did it take for you to get this achievement in FM17 and what were the circumstances?

I started unemployed and ended up getting the Malaga job in Dec of the 1st season when they were one off the bottom of La Liga. We finished 10th. In the second season we finished 4th and qualified for the CL. Thought I might have been at least linked with another job by now, but nothing as yet.
