Championship table at end of season looking odd? Unsure if a bug or I'm incompetent

Playing a season ahead in FM17, and can't make sense of these blue/green/red lines over teams, normally I know what they mean (promoted, playoffs, relegation etc.) but the order of the teams is confusing me, like Cardiff, why are they highlighted in red??

I suggest holidaying until next season begins and see who has been promoted/relegated etc, its possible that your using a custom database and it has messed up somehow...
