Yeah I am slightly confused as to what these are for too?
if you don't use Dazs8 Background pack follow steps up to Dazs8 background then make a folder and name it manager and put it in there also put this config file into the folder
username/Documents/Sports interactive/football manager/backrounds/Ds8 backgrounds/manager and rename the office to none
