If you look below, you will see who moderates what transfers. Despite encouraging staff to do it correctly I cannot force them to do it. They have been made aware by Rob the owner, I cannot always stop them.

And actually agree with you. It has been disabled and then re-enabled. I can't stop that unless someone like yourself makes us aware.

This transfer seems to be more certain to take place and you do not accept it, as they said they only accept when it is official with contract revelations .. it's alright so far so good. But then they will accept Kylian Mbappé for PSG when nothing has been said yet ... this is what I do not understand in you.

Option to buy me thinks because juve would of just payed the 12 million, but not sure why 30 million is the right purchase clause lol
