Cannot start a game

Ive put the editor data in the SI folder in My Documents, using the latest steam install.

But now when i click Career, nothing happens, it worked fine before copying across the files. After clicking the menu is not responsive, but the game hasnt crashed as the manager is still animated.

For others reading this, the data update is large, one older computers with less power it will take time to load, longer than the base game will.
