I've just started a new game (with latest file) and this change isn't active. Dave Jones is still in charge!
Craig Harrison has joined 
Hartlepool. Craig Harrison now has a role as Manager First Team.Craig Harrison now has a club contract until 30th June 2019.
I have just downloaded the latest file and it works ... he is where he should be.
Make sure you have deleted ALL the older files before using the new ones.
