You can see he played for Beitar Tel-Aviv/Ramla last year on loan (it's Maccabi Tel-Aviv's affiliated team).
Can't be 100% sure with young players who get no news coverage.
As I've said, do whatever you think is right, but if you ask me Maccabi sent him on loan again.
But OK, as there is no mention for loan on Transfermarkt, you can disable it for now, or just transfer if you want.
