Possible to have different default faces for players and staff?

I'm trying out playing without using a facepack.

I have turned on the option to "show pictures of real players and staff," which has the effect of giving everybody the default face. That's fine.

My question is: can one edit the config file or something so that different default faces show up for players and staff (i.e., all players will have one default face and all staff will have a different default face)?

Sorry, no I don't think so. When I coded THIS there was only the one "default" (applied to all) option...
