small update for English logos
- fixed Manchester City logo (thx RTPablo)
- added U-21 & U-18 competition logos (works only in PL version; thx marrtac)

You must edit each config file, according to example:

<record from="anglia u18" to="graphics/pictures/comp/full name of competition in any language/logo"/>
<record from="anglia u18" to="graphics/pictures/comp/Anglia - U-18, grupa 1/logo"/> for Polish version
<record from="anglia u18" to="graphics/pictures/comp/English Under 18s Group 1/logo"/> for English version
etc.
