Financial Fair Play Progress

Hii all i'm playing FM 2016 and right now having problem comply with the financial fair play in EPL and also UEFA in seson 2015/16 with CHELSEA.
I dont really made much changes on the Club finance and only signed Ryan Betrand for 27.5m with 76k/week for wages. I also extend contract for Kurt Zouma by improving 20k on his wages. But i have no ideas why the financial fair play for both showing red.
Anyone help?!

By the looks of it, you're spending about $6m p/w over your wage budget?! Could be the issue here

how should i solve it?? actually i dint change much on the player wages...so far i only improve wages for 2 players due to request
