FM17 - efficiency

hi guys, i need your help.
no matter which league, which team, which tactics... i always have got a problem with my teams efficiency.
every game I dominate my opponents in every stat but my team needs to many shots and chances to score goals.
the opponent is unbelieavable efficient. they shoot 3 times on my goal and score 3 goals, while my team shoots 8-12 times on theirs and scores maybe 1.
please give my a tipp because this is very frustrating. i just dont know what to do, as I said my team is always dominating the game.
