Newest update (11 Nov) to FM 2017 not working

As I said in the title, the newest data update for FM 2017 is not working properly -> transfers are not updated, all players are at their old clubs. Could you fix this please?

EDIT: It looks as if the "Live changes" file for FM 18 has been put to 17's update because it consists of only 114 database changes. It also weights just 35 KB. Is there any way to download earlier version of the file?

Figured out a temp solution, go to this link: https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update/releases/8 and get the final change before the 11th Nov.

Hope it works, did for me.
