Positions have disappeared on my tactics and analysis screens

I pre ordered the game and started playing the beta version but i have just gone and loaded it up for the first time since the new release and have now found that on my tactics screen all of the preferred and actual roles etc have gone.
On the tactics and analysis screen all of the areas of the pitch are now showing as red ie the players in each position are now shown as not being suitable for the position and role.
I've tried using a different tactic to see if it was the tactic i was using and its the same.
What can i do ?
Please help !
