Download of cut out face pack - failed - forbidden

Purchased a premium membership in order to download the face pack "faster on sortitoutsi"'s servers, but whenever I'm downloading the facepack file, it tells me that it has failed as the download is "forbidden".

I have attached a print screen showing the download saying forbidden in the bottom left of the page.

Any advice as to why the download is forbidden?

Have you by any chance set your download location (via your browser) to somewhere you don't have admin access to? Should always be set to Downloads or Desktop...

Try downloading something small like THIS to test.

It may be that you've run out of space on your system or something like that? This isn't an error with sortitoutsi but with your computer/browser.

I also had problems with download stopping multiple times because apparently internet download manager was unable to reach the server. Thankfully i was using IDM so i was able to continue where i left off. Never had these problems before.

Can you give more info? Like exactly URL, how often it stopped, what speed you were getting at the time etc?

When I try to download the big facepack and metallic logos pack the download is really slow. Currently at 17 hours left for the cutout facepack. 400 mb downloaded in like 20 minutes. Usually I download at 50 mb/s. I am premium member. Is something wrong with the download server?

What domain name is showing when you download? If it was "nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com" that's been removed now, so it's worth trying again and you'll grab it from one of our other servers.
