FM05-24 3D Kits
3D Kits are special kits designed to make the match engine look even better, with the players wearing customised and improved kits on the pitch.
These will only work with FM24 and earlier. They will not work with the most latest unity versions from FM26 onwards.

1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 20##/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FM15/16 - click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin'.
3. FM17 - click 'Preferences'..click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin'.
THEN ALWAYS when you download other pack, DO 'CLEAR CACHE then RELOAD SKIN AS ALWAYS after download to folders.

These are kits for FM17, they won't work for FM18

But the title for these kits is 'England - Championship 3D'2017/18' which means it's for this season, no?

AH! I see where I went wrong! Yes they are for this season but only compatible for FM17. I downloaded it from 3D Match Kits 17/18 for FM17 not 3D Match Kits 17/18 for FM18. Thanks!
