In the pictures you can see that he finds both the standard gangs as well as their gangs.
he thinks the gangs did it once with club and once without club.
should I still make the xml file into another folder???

Have you followed the instructions for the preferences within FM18
This has been explained multiple times in this thread, the black video ads are down to a bug in FM18...

The ads folder should be in the football manager 2018 folder, move this and it will work

You appear to have both xml files in your folder I suggest removing the ones you dont use as the game this year is reading more than it should.
Also the 3 fonts should be in the font folder and dont rename it to
fontsSestal

Home Matches: First, i dont have animated video Boards in Championship Games (they are black). BUT i DO HAVE animated video boards at EFL and FA Cup Games!

Hello DazS8 that's it, I deleted the folders club and with club and only the fmx file in the ADS folder and my gang goes

Thanks, this issue is down to a bug in the game, for some reason FM18 is not loading static adboards into the video ad frames, this results in the black video boards appearing in certain games

XML file what did you put? club or no club ???

You can try both files delete the folder club and with club.
Just the file fm in the folder ads

Is it possible to manually update our versions with separate adboard files? Like the ones you post in the posts such as Burnley, Brighton etc.

IMO this would be too messy as if one pack is missed or installed in the wrong order it’ll create a load of issues and to be honest I get enough daft questions about things which have addressed multiple times (such as black adboards and shirt numbers) that I don’t really want to add to that

I've told you several times a bug in the game causes the black adboards, there is no fix for this. Video ads only work in competitons or for clubs marked (video ads) on page one of this thread
