I took over Villa, as they were bottom of the league (in december) and I am now just 3 points away from that magic 40 point mark.

Anyway enough of my game - I want to change the back room staff but decided its best to do it at the end of the season, in time for pre-season.

Was just wondering if anyone can reccommend any good staff members for a club the size of Villa?

Paul Winsper is the best one, 5-star always.
I guess Gludovatz would be available as well, and maybe Beardsley, from Newcastle.
I strongly recommend Romeo Jozak from Zagreb as the Youth Director, and Pantaleo Corvino as Managing Director.
Try José Segura as a coach, and also Ayestarán and di Salvo for fitness.
If you can, try to get Cruyff as the assistant coach.
Onorati as GK coach, as well as Tony Coton.

Paul Winsper is a quality coach, but can also be quite annoying he's always recommending that players learn new traits that are infact useless or non optimal for the player in question.

Peter Schmeichel's not a bad keeper coach i you can get him. I also got Peter Beardsley as a coach somehow! I think he's director of football or youth development or something at Newcastle.

Nah, Beardsley is our reserve team manager in real life.

He's quite good on FM.

Phil Cannon is an awesome head of youth development from Blackburn.

Jan Olde Riekerink is a pretty good assistant manager with low wage demands, starts off working for one of the Chinese youth national teams.

Take a look at Blackburn Rovers' staff. Quality in most departments.

Phil Cannon, Terry McPhillips, Bobby Mimms, Matthew Busby and Simon Ireland to name a few.

Also Middlesborough.
