Hi,

I have tried to contact someone via Twitter but presuming my message had been missed in the tons that are probably sent daily.

I have been charged for a yearly subscription that I did not want, this happened last year and it was refunded at that point I thought my subscription had been cancelled but it seems like it was left active.

Could someone get back to me regarding the issue please
