There's some NLS kits here, I'll have a bash at Oxford City on Friday as I'm away from home till then, if I'm remembering rightly the green away kit is quite nice so should enjoy that

Or can someone explain how to overwrite or disable the licensed 3D kits in game? For FM17, no matter what I do in the editor, PSG away stays red (when I want to change it for the yellow one) and the third stays white (instead of the black kit).

Some time ago, when I played against Nottingham Forest, I installed my Forest kit from page 236, while on the other side was original, SI made Forest kit. I honestly couldn't tell the difference, except my kit was slightly darker. All other fine details and eye candy effects are mostly invisible during match. This year textures are 1024x1024 (compared to FM17 512x512) and you really can't see much difference between SI kit and some custom made kit, no matter how detailed it is.
Not all original kits are good, in fact SI messed up several of them, like Plymouth away. I'll definitely make some of those kits, but there's no need for full packs, in my opinion.

I love making my own kits but its only possible with the packs that used to match the 2d templates which I assume where put together by Hammer and whitehorse
