I was thinking of making a change in Brazilian competitions, and I wanted to know how to do it. First, let me explain what I want to do:
1- I wanted to leave the Brazilian League and Brazil Cup more in the English standard, starting early in the season, with the cup being more like the EFL.
2- Remove all the state leagues;
3- As in England, which has 2 cups (FA and EFL), here teams would also play another cup, replacing the state. These cups would be regional, such as the existing Copa Verde and Copa Nordeste, and reactivate others, such as Torneio RIo-São Paulo and Sul-Minas, so that they do not overpower other competitions.
In addition, these cups would start with the smaller teams (which are in greater quantity) making the qualifiers and then playing with the big ones (as in the FA Cup).
Anyone know if it's possible to do it and how can I do it?
