CMF to AMF change

Hi.

I play with Lyon in 4-3-3 formation with one DMF, two CMF(one box-to-box and second one is Advanced playmaker)and two inverted strikers on the wings.I think about switching my CMF playmaker to AMF position next season due to Auar as his natural position is AMF.Is it going to change a lot during the matches, will the gaps between my midfielders be much bigger than when using CMF?I am asking because it looks weird when I have one DMF CMF and AMF on my tactic sreen.I use counter-press tactic and for now it was working great but my main playmaker wants go join bigger club and I want to replace him with Aouar.
