3D Kits are special kits designed to make the match engine look even better, with the players wearing customised and improved kits on the pitch.

These will only work with FM24 and earlier. They will not work with the most latest unity versions from FM26 onwards.

I don't have Photoshop either,all done with paint.net,which is free to download.

its normal when a player enters during the game , his kit is always black ? Like this image : https://prnt.sc/hvlov5 and this https://prnt.sc/i6i9vz

But not all players , only some players ..

Has been discussed before, in the pregame/ingame editor, remove any kits that have a competition listed, it's a fairly common issue and I'm not sure why SI haven't sorted it, or why anyone hasn't found a config fix if there is one.
