Squad Registration Bug

Probably a long-shot but anybody else had an issue with the Squad Registration buttons not working? I can clear the squad, auto-select it and confirm it but I can't individually pick players to be registered and I can't see who's been selected.

Same problem here, the available buttons on the left hand side are the squad selection button. They don't cycle correctly when entering registration screen.

Just found out how to 'solve' the issue. The General Info tab or one of the default tabs has to be selected instead of one of the custom selection page layouts.
