The thing about kits is they only show if they have a kit in the database. So if kit is not showing you need to add one in the editor.... this is helpful:

you can edit the downloaded file if necessary in the editor that follows with the game.

There are no new leagues in it, compared to packs that are available here for download, so why would you download it?
Well, first of all, there are 20 or more high-res kits in lower leagues which I didn't bother to update the current packs with. Then it's all packed in one English folder with logically named subfolders so you can safely delete all dozen or so individual English leagues. Your kit folder will be much tidier with this. And lastly, no more low-res/high-res folders, every club comes with best available resolution.
The only English pack not included here (because it's not my work) is Essex Senior league, a level 9 pack, made by Frankthetank, so don't delete that one if you have it.
