All Leagues Megapack contains: Super Liga,Prva Liga Srbije,Srpske Lige (Beograd,Vojvodina,Istok i Zapad),Zonske Lige and Lower Leagues.
1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 20##/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FMXX - click 'Preferences' > 'Interface' > unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times & tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes' > click 'Reload Skin' for first your time.
THEN ALWAYS when you download other packs, DO Click 'Preferences'>'Interface'>'CLEAR CACHE then again click 'RELOAD SKIN' AS ALWAYS after downloading to folders.

I looked Editor and i saw FK Mihalovac 1943 (Srpska Liga Zapad) ID is 62098155 and FK Proleter Vranovo (Nize Lige) ID is 62181425. (After v4) In the config file, it is set in the opposite way. Is that correct?

Now that's the correct,those two teams changed their names,kits and everything else,between theyself,now they are called FK Proleter Mihajlovac 62181425 and FK Proleter 1947 (Vranovo) 62098155...you'll see that in official winter update for FM18.

However, I can't seem to see the kits for Kolubara. Every other club that starts in Srpska Liga Beograd has their kit display and, as far as I can tell, the lines in the config file for them are correct.
I have cleared cache and reloaded skin many times but this one club's kits wont display.
It is just me this is happening for or is there a wider issue with this club within the database or config file?
