Created team kit import

I need a little help. I started a new team on FM18 in the National League North and I have created a home and away kit for them. I've also added logos, ss kits and a facepack to the game.

However, I have no idea how to import my kits (made on photoshop) to the game. I know it has to do with a Config file and and ID number, but don't know how to get that kind of config file (also, don't know if you can get one for a created team). I'm on a Mac, I hope you can help me out with this!

Same here, i created a team in Spain, tried to change the shirts graphics and also 3D version of the same one, i was changing the Config file but without success.
Does anyone have some tips to make it work or is it not possible because of the old team that has the same ID nr as the new created one?
