FM 18 Other League Stats

For the life of me, I cannot seem to figure how to view other league stats. Example, say I wanna see the leading scoring in Belgium, how do I do that? Probably the stupidest question ever, I know. Thanks.

Not entriely sure but I think you go through the 'World' screen - the globe in the top menu bar.

You can find other leagues like that but just shows passed winners or current standings. It doesn't give you statistical categories like your own competitions screen.

Do they need to be playable leagues to see those stats?

The only time I can see stats is if I send a scout for the team. I just want to be able to see "ok, who's the leading scorer in Belgium"...rather than send a scout to look at their first team.
