I went on the browse the database on here, and from there onto edit Aston Villa. The changes are needed to the player and staff lists there.

like i said, if the players/staff already exist on database you can make changes, somebodyy will moderate them and probably accept it

They have a good deal of their squad in the game but I noticed that a few of the squad aren’t in, or on Sortitoutsi database.
How do I add new players to Sortitutsi database? Is it possible?
The players missing are; Daniel Bruce, Josh Goss and Ken Akamatsu.

It's not possible to change the online database.
As for the ingame database, you can use the pre game editor found on steam to manually make the players from scratch. I don't know if that works on FM touch though
