Any tactic ideas for the lower leagues in England? Everybody just seems to play championship or premier league teams all the time! Where's the challenge in that???

I find a conservative 4-4-2 is by far the most effective tactic in the lower leagues, It got me promoted at the first time of asking with my relegation tipped Walsall.

However if you're up against a team who utilise an advanced midfielder who can draw your defence out of position or are facing a much bigger side who are going to have you on the back foot try switching to a very narrow formation such as this.
