Alexander, I will do my best but it may be beyond me to alter who is entered into the Chekatrade Trophy unfortunately, that isn't a simple switch.

with the current update are the correct teams in the UCL /Europa league I have just downloaded and saw that several teams who should be in the UCL /Europa are not eg Inter/Valencia etc
The leagues are correct but registered teams for European comps are still using the original DB

has this been reported over at SI mate??
and have you tried running the file as a stand alone one no other files at all??
when I have reported issues like this over the years they have written it off as heavily edited files cause issues like this
(the biggest ones I see is teams not registering their best players or using reserves in important games)
luckily the former can be resolved with FMRTE
hope you manage to resolve this
I will have a play around with a few things in editor and update you if I get any joy

I have started adding promotions and relegations to the game. But I will not upload the file until the biggest leagues are done. The last promotion to Premier League will be decided on Monday and the same for the Bundesliga.
What I have done until now is listed below (some teams are not promoted, because it is not decided yet):
England: down to Vanarama National League + updated winners of cups
Germany: down to 3. Liga + updated winners of cups
Spain: down to Liga 1 2 3 + updated winners of cups
Italy: down to Serie C + updated winners of cups
France: down to Championnat National + updated winners of cups
Portugal: down to LigaPro + updated winners of cups
Belgium: down to 1e Amateurklasse + updated winners of cups
