I have made some promotions and relegations for the 2017-18 season + updated the teams for the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League for the 2017-18 season. I will update this file, so there will be more promotions and relegations in more leagues.

IMPORTANT:
If you download the file here on sortitoutsi, Liverpool will play in the Europa League, because there is a bug, that I can't change. I can't add 5 teams from England to Champions League, I can only include 4 teams to Champions League like last years Champions League. Therefore Liverpool will play in Europa League. There are no other bugs, so all other teams except for Liverpool are placed correctly in Champions League and Europa League.
