FM18 Update installation on Mac

Can anyone help with how to install the FM18 update on mac?

I downloaded the file and am not really understanding what to do next.

Any help would be great!

Extract the zip file to reveal a folder called "Football Manager 2018/editor data"
Move this folder to "Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2018/editor data/" (create the folder if it doesn't exist)
Start Football Manager and select "New Career Game"

Im having the same problem but i cant find sports interactive in documents. ( i am using Mac)
