DON'T DELAY IF YOU NOT GOING TO MAKE PACKS...LET ME KNOW!!!
if the kit maker doesn't reply to a certain amount of PM's they'll be removed from making the pack & the kit pack will then become available again on the waiting list for someone else to make.
Anyone have a go...have a look tutorials and you may need SS template here.
You must let me know when you make kits nearly finished for packs.

You must NOT put league patch!

Which is why I think a time limit should be imposed. Or rather, call it a "holding period". There is no pressure, but if it doesn't get done in 2 months (for example) then someone else should be able to have a go at doing that league if they want.
